American Laser Center Filed chapter 11 on December 8, 2011, do not do business with American Laser Centers Farmington Hills, Michigan

After filling many dispute with American Laser and Chase Health Credit, I finally filed on 2-13-2012 a civil small claim law suit for $7,000 against the main corporate office of American Laser Centers at the 47TH District Court located at 31605 W. Eleventh Mile Road Farmington Hills, MI 48336

I received a respond from American Laser Center that they have filed a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy on December 8, 2011 i have a record of the paper work, they are still operating the business under this name but I dont know what there plan is, so I did not get a judgment yet on them, if any one want to file a big law suite like John Doe VS American Laser Center please join me in it,

I think the owners of American Laser trying this Tactic of the Bankruptcy to avoid paying any judgment against them while theyre still doing business under the same name, who knows maybe they will change the name of the company later. I dont know if I should get the judgment or not against them but I will consult with my attorney, let all your friends know not to do business with American Laser center.
