Ripped off AGAIN by the SAME COMPANY!!! EZ-Saver & American Leisure got us for the second time - last year it was for $12.95 a month; this time for TWO monthly debits of $16.95 for April and May 2010 each! - we didn't catch it until our bank sent us an overdraft fee notice for $32.00! Apparently, this second scam came as a result of ordering the NuWave Oven by phone.
I called American Leisure & complained and got them to refund the charges but they said they would not pay for the overdraft fee.
When I got forceful they put on the customer complaint lady and she said I had to fax her my bank statement and only then would they begin an investigation an retrieve the "recording made by NuWave" when I had unknowingly "agreed to the charges".
I'm through playing mr. Nice Guy. What's my next step to get back my $32 overdraft fee?
