I never authorized American Leisure/EZ Saver to fraudulently charge my account for these subscriptions. So Far, they've charged me 6 times, within 2 months. I repeatedly informed them that I was not interested. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and would have never authorized such a charge. I recently looked up American Leisure/EZ Saver on the internet and too my horror, found not hundreds of complaints but thousands. It is obvious! That this company/telemarketer is scamming consumers on a major scale and the principals involved in this scam, should be held accountable. I am willing to be a participant in a class-action lawsuit against these crooks. If you don't know, there physical address it is:

American/Leisure, EZ Saver
4501 Forbes Blvd.
Lanham, Maryland 20706

If you try to contact them by the telephone number, (877 564-8538), it has a recording on it that states "I'm sorry! We did not recognize that number." The same recording is on both numbers.

American Leisure - 877- 564-8538

I am getting more and more angry after reading all of these reports of people like you and me who have been victims of this scam! 1st thing for you to do is report the fraudulent charges to your bank. They MUST reverse all charges within 60 days of you reporting it to them. They got me for hundreds before I knew it!

You also MUST file a formal complaint with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION (FTC)
their # is 1-877-382-4357 They are very nice and urged me to let everyone know to file a report with them because the more complaints they have the easier it os for them to go after these folks and shut them down!

ALSO you MUST file a formal complaint with Florida's Attorney General.
I have done this as well. You can do this online at
www.myfloridalegal.com in the upper right hand corner of the website you will see "Contact Bill McCullum" CLICK on that and it will lead you straight to the complaint form. They have only received 5 from Florida residents and need many more for them to open a case against them. So PLEASE DO THIS.

I LOVE the idea of a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! Sign me up if your hear of anyone willing to do it. In the meantime I will look into how we can get one started.
Then we can hit them where they hit us.....in the wallet!

Good luck to you!
