American Leisure - EZ Saver Same Compnay Double the Rip Off! Lanham Maryland

Last month charges of $16.95 from both American Leisure and EZ Saver appeared on my bank statement. These charges were incurred when I supposedly agreed to this membership club after a purchase on the internet. I had no idea who these companies were and what the charges were for.

When I called the number for American Leisure a phone message indicated tht I could cancel on line. I tried to go to the web address that was given on the phone several times but cold not access it. When I called American Leisure the represenative was very rude. She refused to provide me with the company address. I only later found the address when searching complaints about this company on line. Further, what I discovered is that American Leisure and EZ Saver is the same company. I also called EZ Saver on a separate number and cancelled the membership. Neither company provided me with a confirmation number so I hope my account does not get charged again. As to a refund, well I am not holding my breath.

So I was double charged by BOTH American Leisure and EZ saver. Double charging is clearly a red flag that this is a scam. Further, the direct refusal of the represenative to provide me with their address is a second red flag. Lastly, the fact that there are hundreds of complaints about this company seals the deal.

Anyone that feels they were ripped off by this company can file a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General. The AG's web address is
