American Lending Group is a bunch of crooks. They locked in a rate in which I paid $450 and appraisal of $400 on 10/12/07. After 3 weeks, ALG says the loan did not go through with no insight for the reason. Jeremy Swisher, who is a senior loan offer, could not be reach by phone or email for weeks. I have to look for another loan and got no refund from ALG. My credit score is 780 and I have plenty of equity to cover the refinance. Do not do business with these guys, especially Jeremy Swisher. If you hear of the name ALG, immediately rip off the paper.
