American Mattress RIPPED OFF BIG TIME Schererville Indiana

I bought a $300.00 mattress without a box spring, yes, i admit i had no warranty, HOWEVER....

This new Serta mattress was sagging big time after 2 months. They claim its because of my box spring, but the bed inspector told me and i quote " your 17 year old box spring is way stronger then any of the new box springs being made today, yours is made of Oak, you can't buy box springs like this anymore, your box spring is perfect"

The bed inspector also told me NO mattress should be sagging after 2 months, even two years. My mattress at 2. 5 months old was saggging 1.5 inches, just a half inch shy of making the warranty.

My mattress was obviously defective but the company only taunts, presses buttons to mute you out instead of listening to any logic or common sense. After weeks of phone convos they actually had the nerve to offer to warranty the mattress if i buy a box spring. I got a new bed because of my doctors advice, since i slip my disc on a monthly basis, this bed helped for the first month, then by back got horrible again and then i had to flip the non flip mattress to get relief, its worked for about 2 months, now its sagging too. I wonder if they are selling defective beds on purpose to turn a profit, i dont know, but i wonder because of so many complaints about thier beds.

NEVER SHOP HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEY ARE LIARS.  THIS IS NOT A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS !!

Just an FYI for anyone reading, i let this go for half a year due to being very busy, however i am now going to Lien the Owners of the this company as I already notified thier flunky's that i will be taking legal notice....BUT guess what? Im doing it in a Commercial Jurisdiction, something not taught to attorneys, only select Judges :)  What that means is, they have NO CHANCE whatsoever, unless they learn Commercial law and Procedures really really fast :)
