American Medical Response This company customer service is terrible, they owe me a refund of 814.32, I have been told at least 5 times someone would call me and they have never called. No one in this company trys to help you or give you any information. So I will file a small claims case against them in local court. They have so many different address, that it is really hard to find out where this corporation is located at. Akron Ohio

My insurance company paid off my ambulance bill in full 1927.89.  I was making monthly payments on the bill until my insurance from the VA paid off the bill.  I paid a total 814.32, I have been calling this company for over 2 weeks to get my refund.

I have been getting the runaround as to when my refund will be sent out. I have been told by a customer service center, which is a call center in the phillipines, which is terrible with getting any information from this call center that I would be contacted by a patient advocate team over 5 times with the most recent call being today on October 30, 2017 at 9:12 AM. No one had ever called me once.  I am trying to patient with this company but it seems very poorly run.  I have no choice but to file a small claims against this company in local court to get my refund.
