American Mint, BLACMAILING & HASSMENT METHODS IN USE TO EXTRACT MONEY IN FRAUDULANTLY! MECHANICSBURB,PA 17055 Pennsylvania

 I am a retired citizen who is leading a frugal life & surviving on SSI & working inspite of being 76 years old with

 serious health problems.In 2015, I was inundated by mailing from American Mint making a lot of offers on their

 replica products of old US coins etc. As I have no interest what so ever in these itms,I just used to throw away

 their mail.

Much to my badluck,one day my daughter was visiting us along with her kids.I was sitting with them & enjoying

their company.From my main entrance door's side glass I can watch the traffic in the subdivision & my LETTER  BOX

too which is on the other side of the road.As usual Post Lady brought the day's mail & placed in the letter box belonging to me.I went out &.picked up my mail & placed it on the sofa in the living room.It had a letter from 

American Mint too. My grand son is extremely intelligent young boy who is a voracious reader as well.He was

sitting next to me while I was shuffing the in coming mail.I just looked at the envelop from American Mint &

with out opening placed it back .It had picture of a new coin (replica) visible through the  address window.Being

curious as always  is he sought my permission to look into the contents of the envelop.As I used to ignore always

American Mint's mail ,I permitted him. For reasons unknown to me,he was attracted by the details of the old

coin's replica which the said company was launching.He told myself ,Grandpa I am going to order it for myself

as soon as I go back to home.Watching his enthusiasm,I told him to leave the letter for me & I will order the

afore mentioned as a gift to him. Being a very civilised character,he resisted but on my insistence finally

he agreed.

I never realized that I am asking for unending trouble by ordering the advertised replica coin on

American Mint.Order was placed providing my CC details to them.After a few days,item arrived &

for me it was the end of story.After 3-4days of coin's arrival,I received another letter from American

Mint advising me that another coin's replica has been mailed to me.It was a big surprise for me because

it is absolutely against the American way of doing business-unsolicited thrusting of goods on an individual.I was trapped in a cobweb of suspense.To stop them from this practice,I immediately contacted

them on their 1-800 # which is their Customer Service Dept's #.I had an encounter after almost after one hour waiting with an extremely rude representative of American Mint & was told that I have to accept

the unwanted product of American Mint & my CC has been already charged?

This was the biggest shock of my life.I called 1-800# next day again to warn them not to mail me

anything in future & asking the representative for Accounts Dept.# & President/V.President #s.I was

point blank told that call them on 1-800 # which is the only number shown on their LETTERHEAD &

envelops etc.This is always connected to the so called Customer Service Dept. I tried the local 700#

& that too is of the said department's #.

In a nutshell,it is a scam based business where customer/s are trapped like a fly in a cobweb!

My torment is continuing until this writing.After the second coin I had to change my CC & started returning unopened packets which they coninued mailing me.Last packet was sent back on 5/2/2017

& after begging the Post Office clerk,I have received a receipt confirming return of packet to AM.Receipt 

is with me.

I started getting letters from American Mint,which I assume is the result of my continued returning of 

packets to them.In the latest letter dated August 04,2017,I am being threatened of handing over my 

case to Collection Agency? In every letter sent to me ,progressive interest is being added to the cost

of President Trump's memorabilia of inauguration which they are claiming I have received while I have

proof from Post Office of returning the packet (contents of which are only known to American Mint).

I AM SUBMITTING THIS REPORT IN THE HOPE THAT CONCERNED GOVT. AGENCIES WILL TAKE A NOTE

OF THE DARING  & NEFARIOUS ACTIVITIES OF AMERICAN MINT.MY MENTAL PEACE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY

SHAKEN WITH THEIR UNSOLICITING WAY OF BUSINESS!
