AMS is not the best, but....

I've quit dealing with AMS since about 2002. They do have certain products that other companies might not carry,... but I've found that many of these products are NOT WHAT MOST PROS USE ANYWAY. It seems that some items that look cool or are advertised heavily in music magazines are many times sub-par equipment.

But aside from this, I've found AMS phone service to be sub-par as well. The CS personnel are rude and act like they know more about the products than you do. (I've been playing guitar for 33 years)

Now, after reading this rebuttal, you should reconsideryou report. You gave no info about what happened. No info about the product or service you're unhappy with. No names of CS employees or any other finer points.

What is the point of making a report if all you can say is "they suck".

For all we know, you're trying to return a set of guitar strings (after you put them on a guitar).


Your report sucks! ergo...you suck, too
