Poetry Fraud Gave this woman and company over forty dollars for a poetry book, which my submitted poem was to be included into it. Never heard another word,nor the poetry book promised paid for to them back last fall of 2004! May the Lord go after this woman and any involved with this business till they return everyones money, or produce the promised book everyone paid them for!

On December 13,2004 I submitted by the American Poets Society website my poem .Shortly afterwards was contacted by letter and email telling me that I was chosen by the editorial board (including the sender of the letter,a Ms.Teresa G.Simpson;Senior Editor of said company),and that if I submitted payment for copie(s) of each book that my poem was to be published in,that it would be sent to me when it was to be published in early part of 2005!!
Never got a progress report or letter or email ,nor the anthology poetry book to be published with my poem in it either.

So,today,I decided to look them on the internet and submit a email of complaint and inquiery to them for my money back or the book..

What I found was on a google search with the words "American Poets Society was ; First a site now running another contest,with a this site of consumer complaints about them all being ripped off by these folks!!

All I want is either the book ,as promised,or my $47.00 paid back to me due to my limited disability income I live on here in rural Montana!!
