American Poets Society Ripoff, Ordered 2 books, paid $154.90 that they cashed, was told I'd receive the book by Oct 2005, yet to see it. Baltimore Maryland

I had ordered from American Poets Society 2 years ago and I did recieve the book. However, in April of 2005 I paid for 2 books totaling $154.90 that was promised to be received by October 2005. I have no books as of November 8, 2005.

I have tried several times by e-mail to contact them which the e-mail always comes back as undeliverable. I'm so tired of companies being able to get away with ripping good people off with promises that they have no intention in keeping.

I ordered the books as Christmas gifts and this really makes me mad. I am a single mom who doesn't have money to give away. It is my hopes that something can be done.

The company should be held responsable for paying back the money to everyone they ripped off plus a settlement for them being dishonest. Please help do something.
