   Perhaps they didn't think you had the communication skills required.   For example, you wrote a report that claimed discrimitnation in the title, yet the body of the report contains absolutely nothing about discrimination.  

"I recived unproffrssional discimatory service. After spending money ti have transcipt to apu as well as other documents i was told ive  been exspelled from school and could never reapply to school due to paperwork not being sent ontime. "

 "Unproffrssional"?  Seriously?     Your claim seems to change from "discimatory service", to the fact that you couldn't complete the required paperwork in time.   If you need someone to hold your hand to do that kind of paperwork, you're not likely ready to attend college.

   Actually the semi-literate tone of your report would suggest that if you are accepted by a college, they will be the ones that are ripping you off.
