American Resource Center ripoff, scammed, took my money got nothing Houston Texas

I paid American Resource Center $18.98 on 1/13/06 and I have received nothing from the company. I will give you a short time line so as not to take up a lot of your time.

Paid company on 1/13/06.

Received email with username and password on 1/13/06.

Received a payment receipt on 1/13/06.

Tried to access the site on 1/13/06 and 1/14/06 could get into employment area but could not access anything in the employment area. Kept getting a HTTP ERROR 404 FILE OR DIRECTORY NOT FOUND OR REMOVED.

Tried to fax to get help on 1/14/06 thru 1/22/06. The fax does not work.

When fax did not work on 1/14/06 The web site says mail complaints or questions to there Houston Tx address.

Mailed a letter to try to get some help to fix the problem on 1/14/06 with delivery confirmation # from postal service. They received my letter on 1/16/06 per the confirmation #.

On 1/17/06 I received a email that my order had been shipped.

The email states if you have any question or problems please email or visit our web site. So I emailed them my problem and received a automatic response email that said if you have any question or problems please fax.

As of 1/20/06 I had not heard from company nor had I received my order. On that day $18.98 was taken out of my checking account.

On 1/23/06 I again tried to email my problem to the email address. I received another email to fax problem.

On 1/23/06 I again tried to fax problem. Fax still did not work. So I once again mailed with delivery confirmation # my complaint. I asked for a refund of my money since they would not responed to any of my requests for help and I had not received my order.

On 1/23/06 I tried to access the web site one more time and it told me my username and password were no longer valid.

On 2/3/06 I got a fax to them to go through with my problem and again asked them to return my money.

On 2/7/06 I finally decided to file a complaint with the BBB Online.

As of today 2/14/06 I have heard nothing and I have not received a refund of my money.

Every letter and the one fax I got to go through I included my name, phone#, address, email address, and the transaction # for my payment. They have not once contacted me about anything.

I just wanted the problem fixed or my money back. As of now I want my money back. I do not want anything to do with this company.
