American Web Loan Ripped off and not going to take it! Internet

 I borrowed $600 from this company.  The fee was supposed to be $180.  I was given a loan maturity date of 3 weeks.  One week later $180 was taken from my checking account.  I tried to payoff early, but the website didn't allow that.  When I called to pay the loan off, I was told that I still owed $780.  I explained that I already paid the $180 and wanted to pay off the $600 principle that was left.  The rep told me that the $180 fee was applied every two weeks and if I didn't pay the extra $180 it would cost me another $54 in interest.  Imagine that!  $414 in fees and interest on a 3 week loan that was paid off on time!  Needless to say, I refused to pay the $180 fee nor the interest applied.  I also contacted my bank to make sure they don't try to get anymore from my account and reported them to the BBB.  I have read otherwise that these folks try to strong arm and threaten family members to pay up.  Can't wait to see what they do next!
