American Woodmark Home Depot Disgraceful workmanship. Company does not stand behind product multiple cities & States Shrewsbury Massachusetts

Recently remodeled the kitchen and purchased 7,000.00 worth of American Woodmark cabinets through      Home Depot. Recieved soft close drawers even though we did not request.

 Some double door cabinet panels did not match and some had worm holes in the wood. Called Home Depot and they replaced them. Next drawers started falling out needing to be reset each time they were oened.Called American Woodmark and the sent out new drawer runners to replace what they thought was the defect.

When instalking runners it was realized this was not the problem. Each drawer has a metal bar that helps the drawer stay in place. The metal piece has a screw hole on each end. However, rather than use quality workmanship and materials they used a staple to keep these pieces in. Clearly the staple is not strong enough and loose causing the drawer to fail. I  believe before long each drawers is going to come loose and fall out.

Called American Woodmark and was told all drawers come soft closed here are no options. This is the way their drawers are made. They can not have the factory place screws ( where the metal pieces are obviously specificaly provide spaces for screws by the manufacterers) to accomidate just me. Just ME?  What they can do is replace the drawers with drawers made the exact same way. I do not beileve this is quality made as Wodmark claims. For 7,000.00 I expect quality and a company that takes pride in thier products.      This is simply a way to cut corners and save a few cents.
