America's First Choice Home Club AFC Home Club This company is a complete ripoff!! Marietta Georgia

I started with AFC Home Club about a year ago.  This company is a complete rip-off!!  I spent over $800 in warranty fees, out of 3 calls, they only fixed one small item for $65, so it cost me almost $900 to get two value stems replaced (about a $120 job).  

They said they wouldn't replace the value stem in my bathtub because it was a (some kind of) tub they didn't cover.  It is just a plain bathtub, nothing special or fancy.  I paid a plumber $125 to fix and when I called to complain they said they should have fixed it because the policy doesn't state what kind of tubs are covered.

I called them to fix the water dispenser in my refrigerator, but they only fix the ice dispenser, not the water however the policy says it covers refrigerators.  

I called because the shower was leaking and guess what, they don't cover the shower cartridges!!

What a waste of time and money.  I wish I had looked into this place before I signed up with them.  Should've used Yelp and Rip Off Report first!
