america's home place roof is leaking, nails are popping out of sheetrock, door won't stay closed unless it is locked, can see where sheetrock was connected through the paint , Internet

Our house is only 9 years old and it is literally falling apart around us. When the house was first built, they didn't brace the fireplace and it began to lean away from the house. The inside of the fireplace was busted and had to be replaced. We had cherry cabinets put in the kitchen and they tried trimming them in white. The roof is now leaking, we had someone out here to look at it and he said that they didn't even brace the dormers!!!! The front door won't stay shut unless it is locked. You can see where the sheetrock was put together on the walls and the ceiling. WE asked to have the sheetrock on the ceiling screwed in but now that the nails are popping out, we realize that was a promise they broke. Also the nails are popping out of the walls. One of the plug-ins in the kitchen didn't even work and we replaced that.
