America's Premier Pets Sold me puppies with Parvo Virus Macon Missouri

On 8/15/2008 I ordered 10 puppies from this shipper/puppy mill. On 8/16/2008 on of the puppies, Pomeranian puppy displayed signs of Parvo - I very deadly virus. On 8/17 this puppy died and 3 or 4 of the other puppies began to display the same symptoms. I reported this problem to the shipper and was given a $835 credit but that was because one of the puppies was blind and others had come down with the virus but before long even more came down with it and by then some of the puppies that I had here before these came in came down with it.

In short the total bill for the original shipment was $3715.00 - In fact that is about the exact amount I lost due to this puppy mill - By the way, I had no idea this was a puppy mill but it turns out they are.

I had paid by credit card and disputed the charges but after over 6 months of screwing with the credit card company they did not honer the dispute so I basically lost all that money.

The America's Premier Pets will not do anything about it so I am just out. I will now try a law suit as this just is NOT right.

I am reporting this on this web site to hopefully prevent someone else from sustaining this kind of a loss and hopefully someone will investigate this and close these people down.

When I spoke with the owner Spencer Dwiggins, he told me that they ship puppies on a truck to many states - mine came by air - because I know shipping by truck is really taking a chance since one puppy sick on a truck then that are all exposed.

I hope a lawyer will help me with this.

The main reason that the credit card company did not give me the credit for the dispute is that I did not return the "merchandise" - it's against the law to ship sick or dead animals!

I hope this helps somebody avoid the same problem.
