I purchased $7446.15 worth of auto equipment. The sales person told me the items were on sale. I sent them the money in full. Their bank received it and they sent me an invoice by e-mail. I asked for a signed receipt and never got one. I was told and it is if not posted the general rule delivery should not exceed 30 days. I was told by them it would be 3-4 weeks. Four weeks went by and they never contacted me. I called and wrote and the finally responded with an e-mail stating my order was put on back order you will get an update in 3 weeks. I did not get one so I tried to call and funny no one was ever in and I always got patched to customer service. I wrote a couple of e-mails stating I did like the situation and they finally responded and apologized in another e-mail and said they are waiting for a shipment over seas. Three more weeks went by and I got an update and they said three more weeks. I responded by e-mail and said I want my goods or my money if you cant get them to me. They sent me and e-mail and said Oct. 9 and I would get a delivery date. I wrote again said I need my money so I can get the items somewhere else. I have never heard from them again and I have wrote numerous letters and when I call they play games no is ever there, leave a message. They never respond. These people are very clever and will manipulate you and treat you like you don't exist. Do not do business with them please. It has been a nightmare and I contacted most all agencies and they wont do anything just send a letter and these people could care less. You see they put you off and try to make you look negligent. You will have to sue them. Anyway their AMPRO brand is a knock off name they don't make nothing. Buy Eagle lifts or something truly American made. The American prides are not American nor decent Americans to do business with but they push all this America lingo and try to suck you in. They buy everything from overseas, they told me so, and if you ever see it.
