America's Servicing Company Escrow account Big time Rip-Off Baltimore Maryland

America's Servicing Company is a complete fraud!! This so-called mortgage servicer took over my loan from a company called Select Portfolio in July of 06. These criminals send me a letter in December 06 telling me that my new mortgage payment was going from $662.00 to $990.00 because I had no insurance on my property, therefore they had to insure my property and my escrow account was now short. Too funny! I had my insurance agent fax over proof of insurance. Now mind you I was already THREATENED that if I didn't make the $990.00 payment EVENTHOUGH I had proof I would still be reported to the credit bureaus as 30 days late. Like a fool I paid the $990.00, they received the proof of insurance and as of this date they are STILL telling me that I have to pay $990.00 because until THEIR system accepts the correction I am still liable for the $990.00 payment EVENTHOUGH they recognize that I have ALWAYS had insurance and that they OWE ME $330.00!!!!! This is NOTHING more than an investment-income scam!! Imagine if they do this to 1000 people per month! Just imagine it! Borrowers BEWARE OF America's Servicing Company (ASC).
