I had fallen behind on the mortgage payment. I called the company to make a phone payment as I could not do an online payment and ran out of time to guarantee a payment in the mail. I had spoken with the representative, verified my information, gave my account number for the payment to be deducted then proceeded to speak with him about re-financing options. The payment never posted (though they show I did speak with him about re-financing) to my account. When I finally got through to the manager, she indicated another branch took the call and had me patched through to that office. I left numerous messages on that managers voice mail which were never returned. I then got to the Office of the President of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (due to OCC involvement) to find they would re-finance me but still did not receive a payment and did not record the phone call of the payment I did make. They could not even see where the rep. entered the screen to take the payment though he quoted me the amount that was to be deducted and the date the transaction was to take place.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to go to get a copy of this transaction?

Solution to the problem

According to  "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act"  the borrowers have the right to know when and how the payments were applied to the account and dispute the lender claim for delinquency. You need to send them a letter and  demand the information in writing and tell them you are making a demand under the "Fair Debt Collection Practice Act" and that you are disputing their claims you are delinquent. Just forget complaining anywhere else. You must take care of your own business or no one will.

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!! WELLS FARGO HAS $17 BILLION IN 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' ON THEIR EMPLOYEES AND SO DOES

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

BANK OF AMERICA, according to an article on the web. And Chase has $11 BILLION in these insurance policies on their employees too. WOW! That equals $45 BILLION in 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES', right? Let's do the math: $17 BILLION + $17 BILLION + $11 BILLION = $45 BILLION, correct?

'Google' this- BANK EXECUTIVES PROFITING ON THE DEATH OF EMPLOYEES, and read it.

*SPREAD THIS ALL OVER THE WEB at sites like- 'TWITTER' & 'FACEBOOK'.

You can also make multiple copies of that article and hand them out to all the EMPLOYEES who work at- Wells Fargo, Bank of America, & Chase branches in your city so they know about it, right?

Thank you.
