ASC - America's Servicing Company - Wells Fargo ripoff Tempory Insurance Springfield Ohio

My Home loan was sold to ASC. My loan has been sold 4 time's in one year. The other loan companys were great at sending new loan coupons and paymeant envlopes.
ASC notified me one day before the payment was due. I sent the payment to the old loan company 10 days earlier. They said they bought the loan and to send them the amount due. I told them to contact the loan company they bought the loan from, to get payment. They said it was my responsibility. I would be charged a late charge for my payment and they would repo my house if I didn't send the payment. I told them I would be calling the Attorney Gen. of California when I hung up. The womans attitude changed. She said, she would call the previous lender and they would work it out.I asked her when ASC was going to send me a payment book ? She said, she would mail it out today. If I didn't get in by the next payment date to mail the check to >>>>>>>> and put the new account number on it. I got the payment book 2 months later.


Now I get a letter saying, ASC records show that I don't have Home owners Insurance on my House. Inclosed is a bill for $2,675.00 for annual Premiun. I only Pay $765.00 a year with allstate. This is the best Policy Allstate has. Full replacement and updated codes replacement.


I have tried to talk to ASC twice and they say it's my responsibilty to notify them of my Insurance company.
I said, You bought my loan. Ask the company who you bought my loan from, don't bother me. I've had the same insurance for this house for 9 years. I told the woman on the phone, this loan has been sold 4 times this year. Why were the other companys able to share the information ? I asked her if I could Fax the Declarations Page of my Insurance to her. She gave me a Fax number to fax it to. I wonder why she didn't give me that Info in the first place ? I asked her to send me a letter to make sure that everything was OK and the she received the Fax.

She Said, she couldn't send me a letter. If I didn't hear from ASC then everything must be OK.
What kind of company is this ???????????
Has anyone else Had Problems with this company ???
