AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY ripoff CHARGING LATE FEES,AND ADDING ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO CHAPTER 13. I TOO HAVE CALLED THEM DES MOINES,IOWA

I WAS WITH CHASE MORTGAGE COMPANY BUT THEY SOLD MY LOAN TO AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY. I FILED CHAPTER 13 BACK IN OCT./2000.So they sent me a statement with late fees,a new and higher arreargage amount(different from what the trustee ofc has which there amount is lower).

So I give them a call and asked them why are they charging a higher amount than what I owe? And Joe you already know the answer to this one.They said because they don't have all of my chapter 13 information after they get it they will change the amount. So after 2 months they are still sending me the same statement saying I am late so they have to charge me late fees.How can that be when the trustee ofc. takes $756.00 out of my check twice a month that's a total of $1512.00 a month.

So to make a long story short I called them a total of 4 times and everyone I spoke to said the same thing. So I told them I was going to tell my lawyer about it.I got a copy of my credit report they are reporting me as late on paying my mortgage which I am not. On my chapter 13 I have two claims one for the arrergage and the other for my note. I even got a print out from the trustee ofc. with all of my mortagage payments made on time.

So my lawyer said there is nothing he can do until after I pay it off(chapter 13). Which he has been no help at all I am thinking about reporting him to the federal trade commission.I almost forgot first they sent me a letter stating my note will go down to 646.00 or 699.00,but a month later, they said my county taxes went up $300 some odd dollars so my escrow is short and my note will go up to $769.39 and that I don't have a 30yr fha fixed rate loan anymore they changed it to a conventional loan because they don't service fha fixed rate loans(if you don't service them why did you buy it)?

So I tell him when were you going to contact me to tell me that?I told him I don't want a conventional loan I want the loan I started with(I have not signed any papers stating that I want my loan changed)! The more I think about I am going to report this mortgage company to the federal trading commission because something is not right about this.
