I call America's Servicing Company)ASC) to set up my automated payment option and then 30 days later I get a inquiry on my credit report stating I was past due. I called up ASC to see what was going on and they acted very ugly towards me. I asked them if a representative got all of my bank account info to set up the automatic withdrawal then why was it not set up. They informed me that it was not set up in their system so it is my fault. If I give a representative of ASC my bank account information to set up my account and they didn't do it then why is the customer to blame. I am sending in a dispute letter today because ASC treats its customers like they want us to mess up our credit.
