AMERICA'S SERVICING COMPANY posting western union payments late Frederick Maryland

Everything you read here negative about ASC - America's Servicing Company is true! They are the worst company in existence to try to deal with, the customer service is past being lousy, the employees are rude, there are too many ways they cheat consumers.

I send payment via Western Union, the payments are received in the ASC account as soon as the WU transaction is completed. Once I get the Western Union receipt I call the customer service number to tell them I made the payment and I give the m the money control number. In spite of all this, ASC reports my account to the credit bureaus as late.

It was explained to me by many of the rude so called customer service workers that it depends on their positing date. How can this be? A receipt showing you paid them Quick Collect Western Union means nothing to them. You are at their mercy or lack thereof. This company should disappear off the face of the earth. We are all victims here, as there seems to be no end to what the can and will or will not do.

I have read here about people waiting or wanting to re-fiinance and get out from under them. I did re-finance and my mortgage was sold back to them. It has been a long harsh and hard process trying to deal with these slippery slimey culprits for the last four years. Nothing they do would surprise me. Everyone that has to deal with them should be aware this is a company that you can never feel safe with, youo have to watch them and stay on top of things whether you are late or not, it makes no difference. They pull shady tactics on customers and that's how they operate. I agree with everything negative written about them and if you try to continue a relationship with them, you will see also they are terrible to deal with.
