AmericasPride They charged my credit card but never shipped me any product, Internet

I have to say that their sales force is excellent as they committed to me to send me a car lift within 2 weeks. I ordered from them and then waited, nothing from them for 4 weeks. Called and talked to sales again and they said they were having problems getting the lift I wanted and they could get me a better one for a little more money. I said ok and then waited some more. After 6 weeks I called again and got another story so I asked them to cancel the order. What I did not know at that time was that they had charged my credit card for the full amount of the lift. So now I was being charged for something I did not get and they were still saying the lift was coming. This went on for weeks and the person in accounting would never return my phone calls. I refused to pay the credit card bill and filed a dispute with Citi Bank my credit card company. I thought great they would fix those guys. Was I wrong. They sent mail to me asking for more information and I sent them back what they asked for. After 6-8 months Citi Bank said that I had received the product, lift and so the charge stands. So now instead of Citi Bank fixing the problem with AmericasPride they are now after me to pay for a product I did not receive.

Lesson learned.... Only give credit card info to companies that you have dealt with before or start out small....order a small item and see what happens.... The product I was ordering was $3000... BTW; I ordered an Eagle lift which turned out to be cheaper and they has great shipping and support after the sale.

PS; now I have bad credit rating and Citi Bank is still sending me collection notices.
