Americredit Financial GM Financial owns them now FALSE CREDIT REPORTING> MARKED ME 30DAYS LATE DIFFERENT TIMES WHEN I WAS NOT LATE. I HAVE PROOF Fort Worth, Texas

Americredit Financial Is reporting me 30 days late different times on all 3 credit agencies when i was not late, and have proof. They have me late 30 days 5 times on experian, late 30 days 2 times on equifax, and 4 times 30 days late on transunion. they are all different months on the credit bureaus. I have sent them letters and they sent me a letter about a week ago saying I was only late twice for 30 days. I sent them the proof of my online payments being made and the email confirmations, and they sent me back a letter saying they wont change them. I just pulled all 3 credit reports again, and now that's when I found all the marks on here of numerous dates.

I called them today and talked to a rude customer service agent, and she told me i was late 7 times now, and when she was telling me the dates, I couldn't believe it. I told her that i had poof and wanted to know why they sent me letters saying they reviewed the account and I was late twice" which I had proof of" and now they are saying 7 times. I don't know how else to deal with this company. My truck has 3 payments left and they ruined my credit with there inaccuracies. I am going to file a lawsuit against them this week. Ive sent about 5 letters letters over the last 2 months, paid for credit monitoring and they are just ruining my credit. I am going to have to sue them in court in order to get this resolved.
