I paid off my car loan to sell my vehicle. After almost a month of waiting for the title I decided to call. After 3 phone calls I was told it takes a minimum of 60-90 days to get a title. I used a credit card to pay off the vehicle and I am being charged interest. They are holding the title which keeps me from selling it to pay off my credit card. I feel powerless and will never use Americredit again.

Americredit Financial AmeriCredit This company was paid for the value of the 1994 vehicle $5,000. I explained that their interest made no sense, and I refused to pay more after 2001. In 2011 , they filed a 1099C reportedly for a value of $7,000 to the IRS directly and did not inform me. I was garnished and am being garnished for a vehicle beyond the contract worth.
