Amerigas - Changes Contracts, "Lost" previous revokation amerigas contract tank removal propane Valley Forge Pennsylvania Nationwide

I purchased my home in 2011 and with it the ownership of underground propane tank. I signed an agreement for service with Heritage propane, which I did not realize included me effectively handing over ownership of the tank.

Thankfully, I revoked the contract in writing as required and was never billed again until this year. I installed all non-propane appliances and heating/cooling systems and haven't used it since.  Amerigas bought out Heritage and mysteriously "lost" my revokation and original contract allowing revokation and has decided to use the only record they have, a terms and conditions on a credit application, prior to my contract revokation, to start charging me tank rental fees.

Further, they have refused to send me the purchase price of the tank (2003 model) in accordance with the old contract (yes, the one that I revoked), since I could re-purchase it for far cheaper than the cost of their removal. I understand now why they have the horrible reputation they do.

Their account managers are rude, unresponsive, and snippy. I guess I would be too if I had the stream of complaints they do, all day during work.
