Amerigas Contacted them over a month and a half ago to place a tank at our house. They came out inspected the location and had me dig a trench from the house to where he said he would place the tank. Week later when they said they would deliver the tank another person came out to check and said ok. Then week later manager came out to do another check and said they would place the tank and fill from lower drive so they don't have to cross a bridge. I said fine. Today the tank was supposed to be delivrednk Burnsville North carolina

 Signed a contract with amerigas over a month and a half ago for tank installation and fills. They came to the house and picked a spot for the tank and asked me to dig a trench to the house which I did. Tank was to be installed in a week. Nothing happened and I called to find out what was up. They wanted to send someone to check the bridge Again. Said they did not want to use bridge (even though we have had much heavier trucks over it, concrete trucks well driving this etc.)to deliver gas but could use it to install tank. Manager said they could use lower drive to deliver gas. Set another date to deliver tank. This morning (when the tank was to be delivered) one of the employees arrived and said they would not service my house. After saying they would do it 3 times. They have set me back months and I made my whole house propane after they told me at first no problem with service. I just find it incredible how they waffle back and forth. Have already contacted an attorney to see if I have some legal standing.
