Amerigas has told us it would take 7-10 bussiness days to get gas and that we were on a will call them list.we have had a contract for four years and they have once a year came out and filled tank.Now they say that is not are contract. Nobody changed the contract escpt maybe them without our knowledg.
Plus they want us to pay when tehy do come out when we had payment arrangements set up.The main # for local doesn't answer and their 800 # takes the message,thay also want to charge us for emergancy call and leak check out when we rent the tank It is suppose to be maintaned by them. They have messed up the whole contract and now we sit and wait to see if we are going to get our gas and when.Right now we have none,so we can't cook or bake in the home............They are very rude and do not care .Thank God it isn't our heating unit.
They also will not tell you how much it cost by gallon or pound.Someone needs to get them to get their act together .Please advise us what else we can do.
