I signed up to become an IBO at the end of July.  I was told that my monies would not be withdrawn until later after the 10th of each month.  Come to find out they withdrew the monies right away within a couple days.  When I received my cards,  it was missing information.  I tried using them at a few pharmacies and was told that they were not active.  I called and tried to explain this to a rep and was told my cards should work just fine and that I was probably using them at the wrong places.  I tried again and I had a pharmacist that had a bit of extra time and she called Ameriplan.  Come to find out, Ameriplan had sent out to some of the members cards that were missing the group number so essentially I could not use the cards at all due to Ameriplan's mistake.  I received the new cards but after having lack of support and no contact whatsoever from September until just recently by the rep who signed me up and the problems I have had trying to use the program myself, my husband and I agreed that this was not for me.  I cannot justify driving an hour away for a simple doctor appointment because they do not have providers in my area.  This was more of a nightmare and I could not sell any because of not having providers in the area.  I had sent an email on or around October 24 and never heard back.  I called when I noticed that Ameriplan had taken out again and I called them.  they would not cancel my account.  I sent another e-mail and found out that it was returned.  I called again and this time I spoke with another individual and I had to e-mail everything to her.  This was back on the 5th of November.  She never put in my request until the 8th and noone processed it until the 10th.  They refuse to return my money and noone ever responded to my e-mail demanding the money.  This is a crock.  Instead your company states that they will not return the money.  How many times do I have to contact this company and forward things to them??  I want all my money back now since they have made it possible to take my money and not offer coverage in my area.  What's the point of having it when you can't use it anyways.  I did not sign up just for pharmacutical purposes only which was what my rep told me to do until they get coverage in my area or drive an hour one way for medical care. I want my money back now.  They took my money and don't even respond to my e-mails.  Crappy customer service.  It's that kind of service that makes people really ticked off with companies
