Ameriquest Mortgage Company - AMC Deceptive, Dishonest & Nasty Company ripoff Santa Ana, California

I refinanced with AMC in January 2003 and that's when the problems began. This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. They are deceitful and dishonest.

They did not pay off the credit debt I desperately needed paid, instead paying only vehicle debts. They know when individuals are in a desperate situation so they throw in extra fees whenever they can.

I was forced to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and have received many letters of intention to foreclose even though, after a nasty divorce, I have made up all missed payments. This is a company who advertises help when their customers are in financial hardship. So untrue! They will not work with anyone.

I was involved in a class action suite last June and that's when the real problems arrived. They have retaliated against me ever since. I only received a measly $1,300.00 since the lawyer took most of the rest of the judgement. DON'T participate in a class action suite as it only makes matters worse.

I have spent many hours and expense copying proof of payments and getting check copies along with faxing this documentation over and over to this company. No one ever contacts me so I'm sure the documentation is laying on someone's desk unopened.

I am desperately trying to refinance but it's almost impossible to do after filing bankruptcy. No company wants to help you out even if they advertise they will help even if you have poor credit.

Stay away from this company!!! I so wish I had known about this website before signing on with this horrible company. Does anyone know of anything that can be done? Help!!!
