Ameriquest Mortgage Ripoff Foreclosure Experts Orange California

I too have been financially abused by Ameriquest Mortgage. My payment became so high it was impossible to pay. First, we were behind in payments because there was always a reason it was returned. When we took out a loan from our 4o1K and caught it up, the next month they raised our interest $100. Then they decided to pay the real estate taxes that they had not paid for 5 years. We were told it was included in our loan and was being paid. They raised our payment another $1200 A MONTH for the escrow shortage. We were able to find someone who helped us start refinancing here in Omaha, NE that is NOT with Ameriquest. After we received the payoff ourinterest rate was raised and the paymetn increased another $80. That makes our payment $2218 a month on a $115,000 loan. Oh did I mention that Ameriquest has been run out of the State of Nebraska by our State Finance Department? They are being forced to pay us with loans, restitution. I believe this is totally retaliation!!! They are trying to recoop lawsuit dollars and continue to bring in money that they can not get from the poor Hurrican Victims with no homes at all. In Lousiana they dont have homes to foreclose on!!
