Amerisave is shady. They cancelled or loan without us even asking. They kept on asking for items that are not even pertinant to our loan. When I told them that these items were ridiculous they said, we are cancelling your loan. Then in another email your loan is now cancelled. We are now out $500.00 for the appraisal. THey did not even explain the reasoning behing the items the needed. It was Shady.
