Beware if you have any type of business income, Amerisave will not approve your loan but will want to collect $400 even for a cancelled appraisal. David Clarke's sole purpose is to quickly decline or cancel your loan request but still try and collect the $400 so beware. My response to David is "Over my dead body will they get this $400 from my credit card."
