Amerisave Atlanta Georgia

 I initiated my relationship with Amerisave on Jan 11, 2016. I was looking to secure a home equity loan. The first order of business was to get an appraisal. This was done and an online account set up. The first round of uploads was fairly standard fare. I was done with all of this in 3 weeks and reached what I thought was a plateau....and then the rip-off began to slowly occur as requests for more and more and more documents played out over the rest of Feb, all of March, all of April, and now into May, where I was told on the same day last week that I was within 48 hours of closing, only to receive a back pedal and a 2nd request for items sent a month ago, and then the bombshell that my original appraisal had expired and I needed a second. Amerisave agreed that this one they would pay for and was scheduled to occur tomorrow ( over 4 months from the initiation date), however the appraiser informed me his services were cancelled by Amerissve. So, here I am: 4 months later, out $435 for the appraisal, plus literally a waste of 20+ hours complying with every demand for document uploads required by Amerisave, and for nothing. This company is a complete scam and will be seeing me in small claims.
