AmeriTrust,  M. Pullley; J. Badgett Ripoff....loss over $2500 with this company while waiting to close on a HUD property in addition to paying HUD for numerous extension of time to close. After 6 months HUD closed my account, refused to allow me anymore extensions and I lost over $2500 in the process. AmeriTrust had no response. Don't waste your time and money. I contacted AmeriTrust for a mortgage loan on a HUD home I was interested in purchasing. I was working with AmeriTrust along with my realtor in making sure all documents were correct and submitted on time. The two main individuals at AMeritrust was Joe Badgett and Mike Pulley. 

This process with AmeriTrust dragged out for 6 months. At four months into the waiting process Mr. Pulley requested I get an inspection for the property and I paid $475. for an inspection. At the same time I was paying HUD for extension of time to close because AMeritrust kept saying we were going to close in a few days. The process dragged out for 6 months at which time HUD close my case and I lost all my money due to the deceitful practices and actons of Ameritrust. I was a first time home buyer and this cause me great pain and loss.

Ameritrust acted as if it was HUD's fault that I loss my money. Why did Ameritrust drag this situation on for 6 months knowing that they were unable to close on the home which caused me to lose my money. This was part of the savings for my first home. Are these individuals human, do they have souls or a conscience? I would never treat someone in this fashion, even if my job depended on it. God is not dead, he is still alive.

This company should never be allowed to conduct any type of business again. I was truly taken advantage of in this situation by two experienced swindlers, Mike Pulley and Joe Badgett. Revenge lies in the hands of the creator. Amen
