Amigo Energy retaliated and Ripped Me Off when I chose a different Electrical Provider.
The charge for the final bill was $0.2419 per Kwh when the previous one was $0.1549. Thats a 56 percent increase.
Amigo Energy raised the amount they charged per kwh from $0.1344 with a $0.0045fuel factor ($0.1389 total) in March and April to $0.1549 in May without providing any information that they had raised their rates.

I filed a complaint via the Texas Public Utility Commision concerning Amigo Energy's rip-off when I changed Electrical Providers. They gave Amigo Energy 21 days to answer. What a supprise that just about the time that the Texas Public Utility Commision was to report back to me I get an email from Amigo Energy that reduced the charge from $0.2419 to about $0.188 oer Kwh. A reduction in my final bill of $137.19.
Also they are finally sending me a paper copy of the final bill. I had requested a paper bill no less that ten times.
Amigo Energy tried to remove funds from my bank checking account after two notifications to them that I had revoked their authority to do so. Good thing I put a stop at the bank othrwise they would have had my money.
I don't like the $137.19 reduction because it should have been around $200.00 but there are companies out there that are charging @0.18 which makes it pertty close, so I'll take what I can get.
Amigo has one of the very highest number of complaints. I'm sorry I was not smart enough to check them out more thoroughly.

Amigo Energy failed to respond to an email requesting an answer on why they increased the rate charged by 56 percent on the final bill. I guess they think I will pay and go away. Thats not going to happen until I get an answer and a reasonable charge on the final bill.
