Well as I have always been told in my life, there are truly two sides to every story; and the story that is absent of fact is usually a lie.  All I can say is that over the last nine years I have never had something like this arisen until, I met and tried to help this employee.  Her personal issues became to much for me to handle, so I had to let her go.  She recieved her final paycheck in full.  I will not bash her or the others I have had to let go because of their addictions, and I wish every one of them the very best in life.

As for my company, and reputation. Its solid.
