got my phone in jan, promised a $100 rebate check in 10wks. it is now july. purchased 1000 anytime mins plan,instead its taking money out of prepaid account, i paid them $50 for this plan. stayed on phone for 3hrs no one answered, called everday no one ever answers, i think the whole thing is a fraud.
