I received quick response and immediate service on June 2 and June 3.  The flat fee seemed fair given that.  The man appeared to replace two parts.  He did seem to have difficulty to get freeer back together.  but I noticedom my work nuber  a porblem later that I did not origially have...called left message received no response.  Called again from my work number and was told he woould call back...never did.  when I call if he answers and he usually doe snot he ask address in a heavier accent than he originally had and then he hangs up.  The rest of the time, he dos not take my call.  I need more repair than I originally needed.  This is scam parson... Avoid with all costs.   Original problem was refrigerator was not cooling.... and freezer was not defrosting...now refrigerator seems to cool, but freezer is not defrosting at all..where it was some... the freezer will not set to 0 as is recommened b manufacture...food in freezer is ruined and frost is over everything.
