We purchased 3 weeks at the Ocean Key Resort in VA Beach, 2 in January and 1 in May, none of which Ms. Hensley had to be able to rent. She has worked for many travel companies and has been released from them all however we had dealt with her many times in the past with success. Do to her reputation now in the industry now however she has obviously lost all of her contacts to be able to obtain inventory and has moved into the profession of scamming clients. She knows how much of a positive position we have in the market including a 100% satifaction rating on EBAY with over 1700 reviews so she acted as if it was just a big mix up but has done nothing to try and rectify the situation and will not even respond to correspondences any longer. She is EBAY that I know but I'm sure you can find other places on the web where she has false advertisments. We lost thousands on these rentals and you should be sure to stay away from any dealings with Ms. Hensley.
