Several Payments have been sent as part of the refund and only one payment was cashed.  I cannot help it if the poster does not want to cash the payments sent to them.  The poster claims the check bounced.  There is no detail on my account that supports her statement. 

So....7 months after this ordeal started, the SCAM ARTIST AMY LYNN HENSLEY has still NOT refunded all of my money. 

I don't want anyone who comes across this report to think that because I haven't posted in a while, that she's done right by me and the countless other victims she's scammed.  She still OWES ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. 

AMY LYNN HENSLEY is a THIEF, SCAM ARTIST, LIAR, & MANIPULATOR of the worst kind, and I implore you to report her to the authorities immediately.  There are 2 warrants currently out for her arrest. 

We too have been taken by Amy Lynn Hensley with countless non-existent reservations for our clients. We have paid her thousands of dollars for reservations only later to find out that the reservations were never made! We had to make good on our end with some the day of check in for our clients and paid retail. Do not believe what this lady tells you. We are out over $25,000.00 -$40,000.00 + from this person. We set up over 35 reservations only to find out down the road that they were never booked. She was keeping the money that we paid her and the resorts where she supposed to have booked our guests had no record of these reservations. Only a handful of these were good, so you do not know if your guests will be stranded or not. I will NEVER and would NEVER recommend buying anything from this scam operation. This has been the worst company to buy resort accommodations from in my 20 years in this business!

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) issued a warrant for AMY LYNN HENSLEY's arrest on 6/15/10.

A big thanks to all for your tips, suggestions and co-filings. A very special thanks to Detectives Walsh and Rice of MPD for all of their hard work related to this investigation.

As I've promised to those brokers and customers who have contacted me privately, if Ms. Hensley decides to repay in full what she stole from me, I will inform all of you by email, update this rip-off report, and of course update MPD and the detectives assigned to the case.

Since my last posting, I have not recieved any my money from Lynn Hensley.  You no longer have to take my word that she is a THIEF, LIAR, and a SCAM ARTIST, you can use her own words to determine that these titles are accurate and fitting (read her earlier "promise" of re-payment).

I will update this report again when the arrest warrant has been executed.

I wish I had enough space to update the world on all of LYNN HENSLEY'S SCAMS I've learned about since I last posted.  I behoove you---- do not go into ANY type of business with this woman....this is not her first time scamming someone, and she WILL do it again!  Just mention her name to anyone in the timeshare rental business if you have doubts.  Her reputation precedes her.

Since my last post, SCAM ARTIST LYNN HENSLEY has only returned $750, which is a fraction of the thousands of dollars she owes me in actual payments and damage to my reputation.  Thankfully, the Washington, DC police department has been very cooperative and the detective that is assigned to the case is fantastic. They should be issuing a warrant for her arrest any day.

Once the arrest warrant has been issued and executed, I will update again. Thanks to everyone for all of the tips I've received so far.

In the original report the poster states that I have REFUSED to make any refunds and that is not a correct statement of fact.  I agreed to make refunds to all of the travelers who did not accept and receive alternate accommodations.  I am working to get the refunds back and sent to the poster with in the 30 day time period.

Yes, your guest did accept alternate accommodations.  One guest actually went to the resort the day before she checked in to look at the resort and then checked in the very next day.

AMY LYNN HENLSEY is a THIEF and truly a piece of work. My 2 customers NEVER agreed to alternative accommodations, and if needed I will get them to post victim responses here proving as such.  Unlike LYNN HENSLEY, I run a reputable business so I've processed over $10,000 in refunds, using MY OWN $$$ to do so. Why should I be put in this position because of her SCAM?  This does not include my profit loss, damage to my reputation, and the extreme toll the stress of this situation has caused me and my customers. 

I am not unreasonable--- I have given SCAM ARTIST LYNN HENSLEY countless opportunities to refund ALL of my money before I took these extreme measures.  I'm sure the other people she's scammed have done so as well, but unlike them, I will not stop until she returns ALL of my money.

For the record, today is the first time I heard that I will receive (her version) of the balance of my money in 30 days. She only emailed me with this "promise" today right after I informed her of this report, and that I was contacting the police to file a criminal complaint.

If and when she voluntarily returns ALL of the money she owes me, I will post a rebuttal stating as such.

If she chooses NOT to refund ALL of my money, legally & professionally she will regret the day she met me.

The complaintant has been refunded to date $2400 (made prior to the complaint on ripoff report) and has been advised numerous times that the remaining refunds will be completed with in the next 30 days. Two of the guests were offered alternate accommodations and accepted those accommodations.
