Im so mad that I cant see straight. After 45 days of long distance phone calls, emails and faxes and a 99.0 fee, I feel like a fool. I was skeptical when I called Anacoot and asked some generalquestons about the card and the rep asked me why I was asking so many questions. He also told me he would cancel the account almost sounding like a threat. I was told I would receive the card on September 21st-NO CARD! September 29-NO CARD! No later than October 4-NO CARD! I was then told by supervisor Chris that the crd was lost and he reissued it and I would have it by October 13-NO CARD! I called on October 18 and was told that the cards would be to everyone on the 20th per the owner of the company-NO CARD!

I called today, the 20th and a girl answered the phone laughting and obviosly eating. I asked her what the hell was going on and was advised that she read all the notes on my account and that my card was mailed on the 18th and should have it today or tomorrow. I asked her why I get a different story everytime I call and she says she dont know, she just answers the phone but would have Chris to call me back-YEAH RIGHT! I told her about all the bad reviews I have read on line about the company being a scam and committing fraud and she said that the company is legit and has many positive feedback comments but I only found 3 on the internet and Im sure they are by employees. I spoke with a guy in NY who has done his homework on the company and is looking into a class action lawsuit....

DONT FALL VICTIM....They never checked my employment or income but wanted a copy of my license and debit card. When you call it sounds as if there are 4 people in a room, laughing and whispering to each other while you are on the phone. They answer the phone-ANACOTT..NOT how may I help you. If you have been assigned a credit card and its being mailed they would have your account number which they say they dont. They also constantly say they will close your account if you ask too many questions. Their physical address doesnt exist, they use a po box..What I believe is they have exploited bad credit victims and if they have 1000 victims at 99.00 a pop, thats $100,000. I believe they are using the new money to pay back old money and tey always have  reserve of cash, almost like a loan. I used alot of my cash to pay things banking on the credit card for other debts and this has really put me in a financial bind. I hope this helps someone!
