Angie's list apparently publishes reviews by anyone whether they are actual customers or not. They have allowed a person who we never conducted business with to leave a bad review of our company and when contacted they said they would eview it, but it has never been removed. We would have to spen thousand of dollars to have an attorney file against them and we are a small Mom and Pop business who cannot afford to do this.

Angie's List has no opportunity for a business to ublish a rebuttal or explanation for reviews made about them and they do not care about small business. Angie's List needs to either make a provison for fraudlent reviews to be replied to or just shut down. Theire are numerous fraudlent reviews poted with them daily and they have no concern about this. Shame on you, Angie's List. You have lots of controversial and bad reviews about YOU! How does it feel? Oh..that's right..You could care less. Very POOR business ethics!
