I joined Angie's list for a one month membership yesterday to research specific types of companies. The site is very hard to navigate and after an hour of trying to find companies I gave up. I wasted $14.00 for a one month membership. When I emailed them about it being a waste of time and to please cancel my membership, I got we are sorry and won't renew. I would really like my $14.00 back. I would never recommend Angies' List to anyone.
