ANNIE CLOTH ANNIE CLOTH I made two purchases before reading the reviews and the first purchase contained fraud material/shoes. Second order was months ago and I requested a refund and was told by email it was too late only to find out that was a lie.

If you look at Annie Cloth what you will see is beautiful items. The price's are amazing but decieving. IMy first order I spent over $35.00 on camel leather cowhide shoes. When I received them the smell was of chemicals, the leather/cowhide FRAUD. I actually talked to San Jose Police Dept about them because they are FRAUD and the smell gave me a headache. I was advised NOT to mail them back and request a full refund and look into getting legal help.

I explained to Annie Cloth ( back and forth at least 12 emails ) that I was very upset that they allow FRAUD VENDORS sell on there site. First YOU CANT CALL to complain because they dont even have an 88 number. FIRST REASON TO RUN AWAY FROM THEM. The emails were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I am still after months of waiting not yet recieved my FIRST FULL ORDER ( Annie Cloth ) does NOT CARE. I refuse to pay or resend FRADULANT shoes back due to the fact the police said NOT TO and I am already OUT $35 just for the shoes.

Im out at least another $25 for two other items that were never delivered and $100 for my second order. I tried to request they look into the FRAUD product to STOP selling these obvious FRAUD items and was fully ignored. The last email I received this morning from Annie Cloth took the cake. They said I was NOT being refunded for the shoes AND THAT WAS END OF DISCUSSION. I have saved EVERY EMAIL and will allow my attorney to take over now after TRYING to resolve this issue with NO RESOLUTION.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. NOTHING IS EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURES. Look online prior to buying. I am SURPRISED to say the very least that Annie Cloth is still in business. READ REVIEWS PRIOR TO PURCHASING and not the reviews on the website they are obviously false. Just FYI the shoes had to be put in the garage due to the TOXIC SMELL.
