I purchased 2 dresses online from Annie Cloth.  The 2 dresses I received were very different than the photos and description online.  The one dress was described as cotton, one of the reasons I purchased it, but when I received the item it was NOT cotton, clearly it was polyester.  The fabric content label on the dress also said it was cotton, which is fraud.

The other dress I purchased the color was listed as grey and the photo looked like a light grey, but the dress I received was black and was NOT the same as the photo.  

Annie Cloth photos and description are very deceiving and typically only one photo is provided of the item, which should have sounded alarm bells.

These Chinese companies (or maybe it's just one company using several different names to sell their clothing) need to be regulated.  Their selling practices are deceiving and fraudlulent and there should be consequences for their misleading, dishonest selling practices.
