Anytime Garage Doors ROC #241688 Do NOT call Anytime Garage Door -- ANY TIME...EVER Phoenix, Arizona

We called a recommended trusted person and the call was diverted to Anytime Garage Doors. They did not give their name and called us back on a "private" number to reschedule out appointment. They slyly and purposefully wanted us to believe we had the previous owner.  We trusted the service we thought we were getting.  We were scammed out of $500 because we are elderly, locked in our garage, unbelieving a business could be so conniving and prey on the innocent, naive, stupid, plus fearful of confronting an ominous man 3X our size.  We were not given a prework estimate. Calls are not returned by "Michael" to discuss a revealed $500 overcharge. He says he will call back the next day but doesn'tbother to ask name, number or problem and of course, he gets "thousands" of call so can't remember our problem. Since he has a new job, cant be bothered to talk.  I BET they get thousands of phone calls.   This service call should have gone to the previous owner, Mark, who is an honest person and charges reasonable rates.  (verify you have Mark at 480-695-3224 for garage door service).
